Not long ago Albert Uderzo & his lawyers gratuitously sued MobiliX for being too close to Obelix until they were forced to change the name ... so how did this happen :-?

Hello invisifan,

oh, there are at least two very obvious ways. First of all it might be that Les Editions Albert René simply oversaw this project. The other possibility is, that "Eurocontrol" paid for the rights to use this name.

And furthermore Les Editions Albert René don't prosecute in every county that intensively than in Germany. For example in Belgium and the Netherlands and even in France the illegal plagiaries were never combatted like in Germany.

I can't quite imagine either of these cases without some (even minor) branding or acknowledgement on the Eurocontrol website ...

Really ? :-?

What could be the reason ?
Germany is the country where Astérix is the most popular (outside france), IIRC.
