I found a Asterix homage in a Polish Fantasy Book "Podatek" (polish for "Tax") by Milena Wójtowicz.
In the book there is a white dragon who can trasform in to a dog named "Ideefix". It is olsow mention that the girl [one of the Dragon's owners] named him this way as a "Homage to two Gauls and their pet"
I think it's nice theat pepole make such Asterix-references in books...
